With our upcoming MetaTrader 4 (MT4) server upgrades and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) releases slated for March 27th, 2021, we would like to inform all clients of the following major changes that will take place in preparation for the upcoming release. The following accounts will no longer be made accessible after March 21st, 2021. As such, kindly follow the advisory as mentioned below.
Electronic Communications Network (ECN) Accounts
ECN Accounts will no longer be available to clients. This is due to our upcoming replacement of Pro Accounts on MetaTrader 5. ECN Accounts required a minimum deposit amount of $2,000. With the brand new Pro Account being introduced, the minimum deposit amount will be $50 only with zero commissions.
Contest Accounts
As the deadline of our contest has elapsed, these accounts will no longer be made accessible to our clients after the designated date of March 21st, 2021. These accounts will not be replaced. It is advised that users transfer funds from this account to their wallet or to a standard account to continue trading.
New Year Bonus Accounts
New Year Bonus Accounts will be made inaccessible after the designated date of March 21st, 2021. This is because these accounts will not be moved over onto our new system. As such, it is recommended for users to transfer their funds to their wallets or to a Standard account to continue trading. New Year Bonuses have been discontinued since January 31st, 2021.
In order to ensure a smooth facilitation of our upgrades and releases, ECN, Contest, and New Year Bonus Accounts will no longer be accessible after March 21st, 2021. This is due to promotion date expiry, as well as, in the case of ECN accounts, the discontinuation of the product.
